Refund & Return Policy for KC Kicks

At KC Kicks, we want you to love your shoes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may return your item for a refund or exchange if:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The shoes are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Shoes that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at gbache@bigpond.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for a confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or style:

  • Please contact us to request an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
