Refund & Return Policy for KC Kicks

At KC Kicks, we want you to love your shoes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may return your item for a refund or exchange if:

The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

The shoes are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

You have proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Shoes that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Ship the item back to us at the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product).
